About Us

Erica LaFountaine, the owner of Pro 356 Consulting and Educational Services, LLC, began her career as an educator almost two decades ago. With an immense love of helping others to be successful, writing, and as an avid reader, becoming an English Language Arts teacher was the ideal career.  It is by accident and through her career as an educator that Erica became a writing professional. Wanting to provide her students with a wide range of experiences, Erica became frustrated at the lack of resources available to do so. Refusing to allow her “babies” to get anything but the best, she began looking for outside funding to bring her ideas to reality. One simple request for reading materials and technology blossomed into a constant stream of funding for different project ideas Erica had created for her students.  Witnessing the commitment and thoroughness with which Erica took projects from conception to fruition, businesses and individuals from a variety of industries began to rely on her expertise. Erica's services were sought on grant proposal composition, curriculum writing, instructional coaching, data collection & analysis, and much more. After years of volunteering her consulting services, Erica decided to heed that voice and “lean not to her own understanding”. It was at that point that Pro 356 Consulting and Educational Services, LLC was born.

 

Holding an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a graduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and having served on boards of directors, fundraising committees, curriculum design teams, assessment creation committees, professional development teams, and in many other capacities, Erica is known for providing quality that her clients can trust.  Holding herself to highest standard in her field, Erica currently serves as a Master Teacher, Department Head, Curriculum Writer, and Professional Development Facilitator and is in the process of obtaining National Board Certification. As a proud graduate of Cornell University's Women Entrepreneurship Program, Erica ensures that every interaction with her and her team is one that is worthy of your time and business.
